Ms. Sun has worked in the Ministry of Finance for more than 30 years, mainly engaged in the research and formulation of foreign trade and financial and fiscal policies, and served as the Director-General of Finance Department for more than 10 years. She participated in the reform of the country's foreign trade and foreign exchange system, and the reform of the financial system. She also participated in the work of the State Council's international financial crisis response team. She organized the research and implementation of fiscal and financial policy measures to promote economic development and strengthen macro management, as well as self-discipline management measures for the government bond market. Her main research areas are fiscal and financial system reform, PPP (Public Private Partnerships) and government bonds.
